Current service scope

GymRunner is an independent, multi-tenant gym-operations web product for leads, members and households, schedules, attendance, test-mode billing records, controlled onboarding/data portability, and customer-authorized support. The current launch target is a human-assisted pilot for no more than ten locations with public signup disabled.

Live payments and live communications are intentionally deferred. The product does not claim to charge, refund, send a message, create a public account, provide automatic recovery, or verify a provider operation. Optional Ask GymRunner availability depends on separately reviewed configuration; every supported write requires explicit user approval.

Eligibility and accounts

Access is limited to pre-provisioned pilot authentication accounts, single-use staff invitations, and member-bound portal claims. Public organization bootstrap and public signup do not exist. Users should use only their assigned account, protect authentication methods, complete required MFA ceremonies, and report suspected compromise through the owner-approved private channel.

Contact metadata does not establish product identity or authority. Authorization derives from explicit person mappings, memberships, member/guardian relationships, and tenant-scoped policy.

Responsible use

• Use the service only for an authorized pilot organization and scope.
• Do not probe another tenant, bypass access controls, share capability links, introduce credentials into records, or use support without a customer-created grant.
• Do not represent test-mode invoices as collected money or no-send communications records as delivered messages.
• Review assistant proposals and record changes before approval; do not treat model output as professional, financial, medical, or legal advice.

Customer data and instructions

The gym controls which authorized operational records enter its tenant and is responsible for appropriate notices, instructions, permissions, and accuracy, including guardian/minor records and communication consent. GymRunner's technical boundary uses tenant-scoped RLS and explicit record identifiers rather than identity matching by name, email, or phone.

The repository supports bounded exports and a cancellation read-only window but not a complete deletion service or legal retention policy. Security, support, and recovery

Support access must be customer-granted, read-only, case-linked, module-scoped, time-boxed, auditable, and revocable. Recovery remains a dual-control human procedure. Availability checks are bounded health signals, not guarantees of data integrity, backup, recovery, or uninterrupted service.
