GymRunner is fully self-serve by design: no sales calls, no setup appointments, no waiting on anyone. Here’s the whole journey from first click to running your floor.

1. 1

   Create your account — about a minute

   Sign up with your email, name your gym, studio, or training business, pick your timezone and plan, and your dashboard is live. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately.

2. 2

   Build your gym, point and click

   Classes, schedules, membership plans, staff invitations — everything is set up from the dashboard, in any order, whenever suits you. Nothing requires our involvement.

3. 3

   Bring your records with you

   Import members, agreements, and schedules from spreadsheets or your old software. Every row is validated and shown to you for approval before anything is committed — you stay in control the whole way.

4. 4

   Run the day

   The action center sorts each morning: today's classes, follow-ups, members needing attention. Members check themselves in, and the built-in assistant is there when you have questions.
